Attorney says it took nearly a month to prepare for Vardan Petrosyan’s defense speech

YEREVAN, 22 JANUARY, ARMENPRESS. The next trial for Vardan Petrosyan’s case will be held at the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kotayk Province on January 23 during which the defendant’s side will give a defense speech. 

“We have been working on Vardan’s defense speech for nearly a month, and the speech will last more than an hour,” Vardan Petrosyan’sattorney Nikolay Baghdasaryan said during a January 22 press conference, adding that they plan on appealing to the European Court of Human Rights, as “Armenpress” reports. Baghdasaryan also mentioned that the investigative bodies failed to meet their demand and didn’t designate an additional expert examination.
